The American healthcare system trains some of the most skilled clinical practitioners in the world — and then traps them inside institutions that cap their earnings, limit their autonomy, and burn them out within a decade.

In 2022, our founder — a licensed clinician who had worked inside community health, hospital systems, and group practices — noticed something consistent: practitioners didn't lack skill. They lacked infrastructure. Every clinician who wanted to go independent faced the same wall: credentialing complexity, legal entity confusion, HIPAA compliance anxiety, and no single system to walk them through all of it.

Most of them gave up. Not because independence was impossible — but because nobody had built the roadmap. So we built it.

Cohort Zero — 12 Practitioners, 90 Days

The first private cohort launches with twelve licensed practitioners across five specialties. No formal product. No website. Just the 90-day framework, direct founder access, and accountability. All twelve launch independent practices within 90 days. The system is validated.

Neither. goCorporate™ is a clinical independence infrastructure system — a structured program that provides practitioners with the educational resources, templates, expert access, and step-by-step frameworks needed to launch an independent practice. We work alongside licensed attorneys and CPAs and refer to them where legal or tax advice is required.

goCorporate™ was founded by a licensed clinical practitioner with firsthand experience navigating the transition from employment to independent practice. The founder's credentials and full biography will be published here shortly. Our credentialing, legal, and compliance content is reviewed by licensed healthcare attorneys and specialist practitioners.

Our practitioners come from 38 states, and our framework is designed to be adapted to state-specific requirements — including collaborative practice agreements, prescriptive authority rules, Medicaid enrollment portals, and state licensing board requirements. We provide state-specific guidance notes throughout the program and have community channels organized by state.

Our graduates include PMHNPs, NPs (FNP/ANP/PNP), PAs, PTs, OTs, LCSWs, LPCs, and psychologists (PhD/PsyD). The core framework applies across all licensed clinical credentials — with specialty-specific modules for prescriptive authority, supervision requirements, and billing code sets.
