goCorporate™ is committed to the success of every enrolled practitioner. This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through our website and describes the conditions under which refunds are issued for our Blueprint, Accelerator, and Launch tiers.
We stand behind our program with a 90-day performance-based money-back guarantee. We designed this guarantee to be meaningful — not to be exploited. It rewards practitioners who put in the work and protects them if the system fails to deliver results.
If you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed below and have not reached the following milestones within 90 calendar days of your enrollment date, you are entitled to a full refund of your program fee:
For the purposes of this guarantee, "launched" means your practice entity is legally formed, at least one payer credentialing application has been submitted under your entity NPI, and your EHR or practice management system is active. Full payer approval is not required within 90 days — credentialing timelines are set by payers, not us.

Refund requests submitted without supporting documentation of completed work will not be processed. We are not able to issue refunds based on dissatisfaction alone — the guarantee is tied to verified completion of program requirements.
The 90-day performance guarantee applies in full. There is no early cancellation refund or partial refund for incomplete use. If you purchase Blueprint and do not engage with the material, you are not eligible for a refund. The guarantee exists to protect practitioners who work the program and do not achieve the defined milestones.

In addition, if you request a cancellation within 72 hours of purchase and have not yet accessed the member portal or attended any live sessions, you may receive a full refund under our 72-hour cancellation window. After 72 hours, the standard performance guarantee terms apply.
Given the hands-on, done-for-you nature of Launch, a 14-day cancellation window applies from the date of purchase. During this window, if no substantial work has commenced on your behalf (entity research, credentialing submissions, or digital buildout), you may request a full refund. After 14 days, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on work completed. The 90-day performance guarantee applies in full to the deliverables specified in your Launch Scope of Work.
For Launch tier refunds after the 14-day window, the refund amount will be calculated as the total program fee minus the fair market value of work completed by the goCorporate™ team. A written breakdown will be provided with every partial refund decision.
