Getting Started

Blueprint ($599) is self-paced and ideal if you're a self-directed learner who can follow a structured curriculum without accountability calls. Accelerator ($599) is the right choice if you want live cohort support, weekly calls, and a peer group to move through the 90 days with. Launch ($999) is done-for-you — we handle your entity formation, credentialing submissions, and digital setup while you focus on your clinical work. If you're unsure, book a free strategy call and we'll advise based on your situation.
Yes — and we recommend it. Many of our most successful graduates completed the legal entity and credentialing phases while still employed, then launched and transitioned to full-time independent practice once their first payer panels were approved. Check your employment contract for non-compete and moonlighting clauses before you begin.
Our graduates include PMHNPs, NPs (FNP/ANP/PNP), PAs, PTs, OTs, LCSWs, LPCs, and psychologists (PhD/PsyD). The core framework applies across all licensed clinical credentials with specialty-specific modules for prescriptive authority, supervision requirements, and billing code sets.
We currently serve practitioners in 38 states. The curriculum includes state-specific guidance notes for collaborative practice agreements, full-practice authority states, Medicaid enrollment portals, and state licensing board requirements. Our community also has state-specific channels where you can connect with practitioners in your exact market.

Credentialing & NPI

NPI Type 1 belongs to you as an individual licensed practitioner — you already have this if you've been practicing. NPI Type 2 belongs to your business entity (LLC/PLLC) and is required before you can enroll in Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial payer panels under your practice name. You need both. Apply for NPI Type 2 immediately after your entity is formed on the NPPES website — it's free and typically issues within 1–5 business days.
CAQH ProView completion: 1–2 weeks. Medicare 855B enrollment: 60–90 days (begin this first). Medicaid enrollment: varies by state, typically 30–60 days. Commercial payers (Aetna, BCBS, United): 60–120 days per panel. Our 90-day framework sequences these submissions strategically so your first payer approvals arrive close to or before Day 90. The key is starting Medicare and CAQH in Week 1.
CAQH ProView is a centralized credentialing database that most commercial insurance payers use to verify practitioner credentials before enrolling them in their network. Without a complete and attested CAQH profile, most payer applications will stall or be rejected. Set it up in Week 1 and attest quarterly — many practitioners miss their attestation window and lose months of progress.
If you prescribe controlled substances (Schedule II–V), yes. Your current DEA registration is tied to your employer's address. When you form a new entity and practice from a new address, you'll need to either update your DEA registration or apply for a new one. This requires your new entity's EIN, business address, and state license. Failure to update can result in DEA non-compliance — a serious regulatory risk.

HIPAA & Compliance

At minimum: (1) a Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) that patients sign, (2) Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with any vendor who handles PHI — your EHR, telehealth platform, billing service, and email provider, (3) a written HIPAA Security Risk Assessment, and (4) staff training documentation even if you're a solo practitioner. Our HIPAA compliance module provides templates for all four plus a compliance checklist.
Yes — any platform used to conduct telehealth visits must be HIPAA-compliant and willing to sign a BAA. Zoom (personal/free) is NOT HIPAA-compliant without a Business Associate Agreement via Zoom for Healthcare. Platforms that are compliant and BAA-ready include: SimplePractice, Doxy.me, Spruce Health, TheraNest, and Zoom for Healthcare. We maintain an updated approved platform list in the curriculum.
Standard Gmail is not HIPAA-compliant. You may use Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) for Healthcare if Google has signed a BAA with your account — which they will for Workspace accounts. Alternatively, use your EHR's built-in messaging system, which is typically compliant by design. Sending PHI via unencrypted standard email is a HIPAA violation and a significant liability risk.

Billing & Revenue Cycle

Both models are viable — the right choice depends on your specialty, market, and patient demographics. Cash-pay means faster revenue, zero credentialing delay, and no payer contracts — but limits your patient pool. Insurance billing broadens access but requires 60–120 days of credentialing before you receive reimbursement. Many of our graduates start with a hybrid model: cash-pay immediately while credentialing runs in parallel, then transition to insurance once panels are approved.
A clearinghouse is a service that translates your claims into the electronic format payers require (EDI 837) and routes them to the correct payer. If you're billing insurance, yes — you need one. Most EHR systems (SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Kareo) include clearinghouse integration. Standalone options include OfficeAlly (free for basic claims) and Availity. Your clearinghouse also handles ERAs (electronic remittance advice) and EFT setup for direct deposit payments from payers.

Program & Account

If you complete all assigned modules, submit all required credentialing applications, and have not received your first payer approval within 90 days of enrollment, we will refund your program fee in full. The guarantee requires documented completion of all deliverables — it's a performance-based guarantee, not an unconditional one. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
Yes. If you enrolled in Blueprint and want to upgrade to Accelerator or Launch, email support@gocorporate.com within 30 days of enrollment. We'll credit your Blueprint payment toward the upgrade cost. After 30 days, upgrade pricing is available but may not include a full credit — contact us to discuss your specific situation.
You'll receive an email within 30 minutes of purchase with your login credentials and access instructions. If you don't receive it within 1 hour, check your spam folder and email support@gocorporate.com with your purchase receipt. Course access is lifetime for Blueprint and active for the duration of your cohort for Accelerator and Launch.
